The BindiBrothers

The Bindi Brothers are a "trance-dance fusion" sextet. At the core of our
repertoire is a love for sacred chant. Our six-member male chorus draws texts
and melodies from a wide variety of world-music influences including African,
Hindu, central-Asian and Native American. Our emphasis is on dance music, and
with a trap-drummer and two percussionists our grooves are famous for packing
the dance floor. Rounding out the instrumentation with bass, guitar and
keyboards, our arrangements reflect a taste for eclectic, jazz-tinged flights of
improvisation.

With a strong yet never overwhelming sound, the Bindi Brothers weave the sacred
and secular in music together with the goal of providing an exuberant and
heart-opening experience for everyone.
